We are thrilled to announce the success of Asia Navigator 2024, a Premier Conference for Medical, Fire, Police Dispatching, and Secondary Nurse Triage, held on January 30 and 31, 2024, at Kuala Lumpur's prestigious Sheraton Imperial Hotel. This event is annually organized by the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch (IAED) in collaboration with Priority Dispatch Corp (PDC) and co-organized by GFIS (M) SDN BHD and TM ONE. We are immensely grateful to the Ministry of Digital for officiating the event this year, and the Ministry of Economy for their presence and support.

This two-day event has brought together industry leaders and experts from all across Asia to share their insights on the evolution of emergency response systems, notably the MERS 999 system in Malaysia. Attendees of the conference include local agencies who play a vital role in the Malaysian emergency scene, namely the Royal Malaysia Police, the Ministry of Health Malaysia, the Fire and Rescue Department Malaysia, the Malaysia Civil Defence Department, and the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency.

It has always been Asia's Navigator mission to provide worldwide updates and approaches for dealing with current emergency call-taking and dispatching situations, also relating to the operational versus technological aspects.

Attendees were able to enjoy the informative presentations and interactive discussions presented by our distinguished speakers on crucial topics, such as data-driven emergency services and the role of first responders in disaster control. This event also featured exhibitor booths showcasing the latest solutions for emergency dispatch and related systems.
