FUTURIST - the pillar to Harizan's ambition in the corporate world.
Born in 1981 with a background degree in Bachelor of Science Major in Sustainability from University of Tasmania, Harizan started his career with a local company in Malaysia where his expertise was forged in superconductivity projects which then accelerated by managing multiple mainstream projects such as "Secondary Income Revenue for Rural Economy" and supporting government agencies as one of the “think-tank” for PEMANDU.
His leapfrog success in the corporate world was sharpen and shaped with the opportunity to work with some of the world's best companies in Europe and Asia; which evolved by leading a digital start-up company to being formalised as Philantropist apperantice in the biggest mining Russian company; namely Alltech Russia.
With Alltech, Harizan was given the golden opportunity to work personally with one of the top 100 Forbes business leaders on how they mould, imagine and strategise their markets globally for better future of the company. This includes combining the best in strategy and innovation with brand and customer thinking for smarter sustainable growth. Harizan is also trained and mould to implement the gamechanger idea for a new market segment for Alltech Russia and as well in focusing on new strategies for preparation of RTO and IPO.
Hence, with all the experiences and knowledge within him, his vision is to grow the local talents back home in Malaysia. With GFIS (M), Harizan's ambition and intention is to drive, motivate and execute the company to reach greater heights within Malaysia and International. He plays a pivotal role in GFIS to ensure business leaders and market managers to rethink, refocus and recreate their businesses for the fast-changing world - customer-centred, future-proofed, more creative and commercial.
